The Application

Applying is easy. Print and fill out the application below (here is a printable version), solve (or attempt to solve) the four math problems provided, and send all the results to: If you like, you can do the application entirely electronically. Just copy the form text below into an email message, fill in the answers, and send it to me. The math problems, however, are best sent as snail mail.

You are also going to have to get a letter of recommendation from a teacher. The form is here. Print it out and give it to your teacher, after having filled out the stuff you can. Your teacher can either email me or send in a physical letter. If they want to do the latter, provide them with a stamped and addressed envelope. It is common courtesy.
