9am to 2pm with a one hour lunch.

Below is a checklist of all things you need to do to go to the seminar, in more-or-less the order that they should be done.

Discussion with Parents
Check calendar times. Decide which of the seminars you wish to attend.
Get deposit check for $50.00 from your parents
This will go towards your tuition if you get in. It will not be
cashed unless you get in. If you get in and elect not to go, then you
will not get your $50 back unless the seminar is cancelled due to lack of attendance.
Send me e-mail expressing your interest
Tell me which courses you are interested in. Tell your friends and get them to sign up as well.
Complete Application Form
Get Letter of Reccomendation from Teacher
This can be electronic or snail mail. If snail, give your teacher an addressed and stamped envelope.
Start work on the four math problems
Send in the physical mail stuff
This consists of: application form (unless sent electronically), demonstrated work on the four math problems, and the deposit check for $50. Your teacher will handle the letter.
At this point you are done! I will tell you whether you got in as soon as all the materials arrive. It is rolling admission, meaning first-come, first-served. Admission is determined by whether you can and want do the work and whether you would be too disruptive to others.
The individual courses will be cancelled if fewer than three students enroll.
