Machine" Makes the GAMES
100 List

The
newest Pair-of-Dice game, Marvin
Marvel's Marvelous Marble Machine,
was an honoree in the 2006
GAMES 100 list of the year's
best games in the Abstract Strategy
category. Previous titles to make
the list were Knockabout,
and Warp
6, which was the runner up
in the Abstract Strategy category,
in 2003.

New Look for Pair-of-Dice Games

The
same games but a new container.
Pair-of-Dice Games are moving
away from the tubes and going
plastic. New games will now be
packaged in convenient plastic
boxes. The new look will not increase
the cost of games, but will make
the games easier to ship and make
it easier for the consumer to
store the games on his or her
game shelf.
"Marble
Machine" to be reviewed in
GAMES Magazine

The
newest Pair-of-Dice game, Marvin
Marvel's Marvelous Marble Machine,
will be reviewed in the April
2005 issue of GAMES Magazine,
available soon at newsstands everywhere.
An advance copy of the review
includes this excerpt: "The
sudden obstacles than can redirect
advancing Marbles to competitors'
goals are enough to make even
the most patient players lose
their marbles"

"Rock, Scissors, Paper"

Pair-of-Dice
Games has collaborated with online
gaming web site cccgworkshop.com
to offer
our first online version of a
board game. Rock,
Scissors, Paper, the two player
pure abstract strategy game in
which each player controls pieces
that each can only capture one
type of his opponents' other pieces.
The online game, downloadable
for a fee, requires the Windows
operating system to play.
